Safety:

• Guests must provide a copy of their drivers license and will be subjected to a background check.  
• Management assumes no liability for loss or damage to property and injury to his person or party arising out of it’s use of its facilities or caused by others while on the premises.
• The park speed limit is 5 mph.
• No display, discharge, or possession of a gun, knife, or other weapons in any way that may alarm others is allowed. Hunting is not allowed in the forest.
• The possession, sale or manufacture of illegal drugs or drug paraphernalia on the property is prohibited.
• If the sheriff or police come out for any reason, at our discretion, regardless of circumstances or innocence, if you are asked to leave, you must leave and refunds will not be applicable.

Sanitation:

• Guests are not allowed to  wash campers or vehicles on these premises.  Site must be kept litter free.
• Do not let items accumulate under or around your camper.
• Guests must dispose the grease and sanitary napkins in the outside trash containers and not in their sink or toilets for the safety of the septic system.
• Guests should not leave trash outside their unit overnight; all trash bags should be placed in trash cans, situated next to garage.
• The trash cans are to stay on the north end of the property by the street at all times so the trash company can pick up.

Aesthetics:

• Vehicles must be 2008 models or newer and in good condition.  If guest wish to place an older vehicles, photos need to be provided to management in advance.
• Only 1 RV and 1 vehicle per RV space. Additional vehicles may be subject to a minimum $50/mo charge and could increase with larger vehicles.
• 3 spaces have designated parking spots located near the spaces. Clothes lines are not permitted.
• No campfires or tents allowed.
• No unregistered or not inspected vehicles in park. Vehicles that do not run must be removed from the park. Guests will be given a chance to move them, any failure to move them, we will remove at guests expense.
• No vehicle repairs shall be made on these premises.
• No swimming pools are allowed

Well being -mental sanity for guests:

• Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.
• Loud, boisterous or drunken behavior is not accepted on these premises, guests will be notify to leave immediately without a refund.
• 4 Wheelers and ATVs are NOT Allowed in the park. Boats re subject to approval and additional costs.
• Parents are solely responsible for the behavior, actions, and safety of their children. Children shall not disturb the peaceful enjoyment of other park guests.
• Park guests are responsible for the conduct of their guests. All overnight guests must be registered.

Pet Policy:

• Most pets are welcome but must be on a leash AT ALL TIMES.
• Pet noise shall not disturb other park guests.
• Picking up your dog’s POOP every time he POOPS is your responsibility.
• Guest will be fined $25 when camera will show evidence that pet owner didn’t remove it.

The following dogs are NOT allowed:

• Pit Bull
• Rottweiler
• Husky
• German Shepherd
• Chow
• Any dog that is aggressive towards people or other dogs.

Other Items:

• A sewer hose “Donut” or “L” connector is required.
• All complaints shall be signed in writing and submitted to the park office or handed to manager.
• Guests may NOT assign or sublet your site.
• We maintain a “NO REFUND” policy, subject to special circumstances at out sole and absolute discretion.
• There will be a $35.00 charge for all returned checks. If we get returned check from a guest then all future payments will be required cashier’s check or money order.
• Spaces are for a maximum of 2 adults and one child and one pet.
• No pools or other recreational items are allowed without the express written permission of management.
